Job Introduction
Motus Truck & Van have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Parts Hub Manager.
The Parts Hub Manager will be responsible for leading, managing and motivating the team to achieve the agreed business plan and provide excellent customer service.
The role also carries the responsibility for strategic planning, processes and all aspects of running a successful Trade Hub Centre.
You are required to work within our parts hub department, and they are based in Witham (Essex) and Welham Green (Hertfordshire).

What will you be doing?
- Ensure Centre targets set are achieved
- Translate overall sales targets into departmental targets and, with first line management, Set challenging but achievable goals
- Ensure the team is motivated, recognised and incentivised
- Create Personal Development Plans, monitor progress and provide developmental or corrective support where required
- Create a Development Plan for your centre and put a succession plan in place
- Create and maintain a customer centric culture in the business
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction via the team
- Create and lead the sales strategy to increase sales revenues
- With the team devise and implement sales plans
- Regularly monitor business performance. Identify opportunities for improvement and take action for any deviations
- Analyse internal and external market data to develop an understanding of the potential sales opportunities, systems and processes
- Work to achieve agreed business plan and budget – controlling costs within agreed
- Ensure compliance with business standards and processes, financial, legal and ethical guidelines (including Warranty & exchange units)
- Maintain an effective relationship with all stakeholders
- Ensure the overall security of the stock and premises
- HUB warehouse and stock management
Hours & Salary:
Working days & hours: 08:30am until 17:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break
Salary: Excellent competitive salary
Bonus: Quarterly company bonus
Company Vehicle: You will be provided with a company vehicle, as you are required to travel to Witham ad Welham Green sites
Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate will have:
- Have a proven ability or aptitude for leading and motivating a team to achieve business targets in a B2B environment
- Have a passion for providing a great customer service experience and the automotive industry
- Possess the ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Be experienced at devising strategies and implementing plans
- The ability to provide an exceptional customer service experience
- Ability to plan strategies and activities to grow and develop a business
- Be sales focussed and results orientated
- Have a high degree of IT literacy, Kerridge preferable
- Trade Parts Management experience
